Independent TV — error-400 from last 03 days.

I have purchased independent tv in feb/2019 with one year mahabachat plan but after one month they have unsubscribe some important channel s without any notice & recently my tv screen shows error-400. I have booked complaint on[protected] under complaint no 2554334 regarding error-400 but no technician come to solve the problem from the last 03 days.
