I had ordered a Rakhi online on 2nd Aug'16 from Indiagiftsmall.com to be delivered to my brother in Queensland, Australia. The order didn't reach at all even on ordering around 15 days before Rakhi as the festival was on 18th Aug'16.

Even though I have been offered a refund within 30 days on 23rd Aug'16 after raising an alarm of non-delivery of our product. This is very poor service and highly disappointing experience. This portal has spoiled our event which is affecting our relationship. As this is one of the auspicious festival in our community.
