[Resolved] India Gifts Mall — rakhi send to london

I have purchased rakhi from india gifts mall in july 29th. Order number 28465. I was assured that rakhi will be delivered till 4th august but it has not been delivered till date. The bluedart courier number shared with me is [protected]. It is not suggesting that it will take more 10 days to reach and somehow it is diverted via singapore. I have paid rs 650 for this.
