I took loan of 1871000/- from iifl in June 2018 for my flat at Raj Nagar extension ghaziabad. Later from the next month I paid pre-emi. They took 165000/- on downside without any information to me. Later after 4months I came to know that it was returned to bank. Last year I updated my latest account cheque to them but they didn't updated. Now they are asking for bounce charges of 38000/-. Which I will not bear. I had already paid more than 4lacs from my account as pre-emi. In the Jan or Feb month they assured me that this amount will be counted in as EMI. But still it's pre-emi. Nobody is listening to me.
We had done registry in May 2023 but they are still charging pre-emi on me.
I m just a lower middle class person, I am bearing this amount on the loss to my family. I am not able bear more amount. I asked for foreclosure then they revealed a new update that it's 20lacs+ return amount.
How will I pay this?
I am badly harassed by them
