Dear Team, I had applied for 2nd home loan for approved property as guided by the IIFL team under swaraj product. Pure rental basis my verification was completed successfully. Loan process almost lasted for 2 months and same got rejected few days back. The rejection reason was because one personal was applied between 2 months. Requesting to help in helping to Reconsider my loan application and i am ok to close the Personal loan if required. My 1 home loan with IIFL is already running with on time EMI payments.
