I have an ongoing loan with iihfl since 7 months. During my initial discussion with your iifl executive, i was promised to provide loan roi @ 8.5. Later during loan approval discussion i was not informed anything about roi, even they have not informed about insurance details hence i was on a opine that i would be providing loan at roi 8.5%
I did not received the welcome kit from iifl, and i am unable to login though the portal, because intentionally he was mentioned my dob wrong, after visiting to branch office, he has provided 'soft sanction letter there it was mentioned 8.85 (Attached scan copy) which is also wrong. After calling to customer care number i came to know roi is 9.5% not even 8.85%. Again i visited to his office, he said he initiated to change the roi to 8.5%, it will take 3 month time, after 7 months also no change in roi
Actual loan amount i requested is 18, 40, 000, but without my knowledge he was provided 1918055.00. Now he saying extra 75, 000 was insurance amount
And also he said i am eligible for pmay scheme, now he is not picking phone to know the status on it
I really feel cheated regarding the change in roi% hence i would request you to look into this issue and update the roi % to 8.5 as promised.
I really wonder how a bank of such a reputation can do these kind of things to its customers.
I even have a verbal proof with me regarding the discussion with your executives if required and also i have attached soft sanctioned letter which he provided to me during branch visit
