India Post — amazon told, me "send your proof of delivery"

I send one courier in indian post, when i track where is my courier, courier was delivered.When I contact to amazone, amazone coustomer service told your courier does not reach in hub.Last time amazone customer service told you send your courier "proof of Delivery".But India post does not give me proof of delivery.
