India Post — Bag received at Palam TMO but no update since two days.

I sent a courier on 26th April, 2017 through speed post, for which the man at the counter said it'll reach Kurukshetra, Haryana at a maximum of 3 days. The problem here is that the item was received at PALAM TMO on 27th April 2017 around 5:40pm in the evening. Since there has not been any update about the parcel. As per the man at the counter it should reach kurukshetra today but I'm clueless whether it is still at PALAM TMO or has moved further.

My consignment number is EW[protected]IN. Please look into the matter and get me updated on the current status of the parcel. Thank you.

Dear Sir,
I have ordered one parcel from IGP online service providers, they have couriered the item through India Post on 16/10/2018 itself, (AWB : EU[protected]IN ) but still not delieverd the same.
From 17/10/2018 onwards showing as PALAM TMO (Despatched to PALAM TMO), further no updates. Please can you find out the status and update what is the actual status and when it can be delivered. Attached the screen shot of tracking status for your ready reference.
Kindly check and revert .
