India Post — bnpl ampc speed post delivered to wrong address

My name is DESHRAJ GAUR.IGNOU DELHI send my original mark sheet in 19 July 2018 by registered post on pin code 328021.Registered post number - RD[protected]IN. but I have not received my item till date.

मेरा Pencard मुझे नहीं मिला है Speed post से आया था पर मुझे नहीं मिला वह यहाँ पर 1-4-2019 को Badagaon नेट के जरिए बता रहा है मेरी speed पोस्ट आईडी EA[protected]IN है जो की मुझे नहीं मिली

I've two orders from Hong Kong which are stuck at Mumbai customs for unspecified reason. Can you please realise them and deliver them as it already too late.

My sbi bank cheque book speed post parcel has been dispatched on[protected] through consignment number : JB[protected]IN

was delivered at wrong address i, e Office BNPL AMPC.

But my actual address in speed post parcel as given by sbi bank is, PANKAJ VERMA 462, SAFIPUR-1ST Harjinder nagar Kanpur 208007.
Near, Ramadevi Chauraha, Jagdamba petrol pump.

So, please send my speed post at above mention address as soon as possible.
