India Post — Cheque book not delivered

Dear sir,

my complaint against the post man which name is kaptan who is in service at post office gurgaon main branch sadar bazar, he had not delivered the packet at my residance and same has been back to state bank of patiala head office, I need urgently my cheque book but I have no option beause of post man mistake, I request you to please take action against him.my POD no is EP[protected]IN.
