India Post — Complaint regarding consignment status details

Dear sir,
My consignment number is EI[protected]IN. It is from Madhya Pradesh. Since 4 days it is showing same address from where i posted it . There is no update after 20th oct 2016 .i am not able to verifying details about status of post ..
Solve this issue as soon as possible . This is not only the problem of one state but also getting same issue from everywhere... if there is a technical issue or any other solve it otherwise i am gonna Complaint to ministry of india post

after 25 days I didn't get my parcel
the status not update &complaint status not update. really hopeless india post for very poor services.

My register post was despatched from jhansi (UP) on 29 Aug 2016 and it has to reach BABINA jus 50 KM far from jhansi. The consignment is DRV[protected]IN.
