I have sent a speed post of examination application. My consigment number is ef[protected]in dated 06-may-2017. It is already been 6 days still not yet delivered. When i have traced on website, it is showing following movement as the last movement-

Date time office event
08/05/2017 16:09:09 nsh muzaffarpur bag despatched to darbhanga rms
08/05/2017 15:07:44 nsh muzaffarpur item bagged for k d s u s. O

Please see attachment for more details.

Additionally, i have asked at darbhanga po and muzaffarpur po both, but none responded. Please look into my issue so that my application reach on time.
The last date to receive application is 13th may, 2017.

Register Post RM[protected]IN Booked on 17/04/2017 from BPC UTI KOKAN BHAVAN Mumbai For Surat On My Address Registred Letter not recd. upto date i am daily tracking my registerd post and traking status is Bag Opened 19/04/2017 time 18:28:44 Surat RMS (CRC)

My speed post Consignment Number is PP[protected]IN.
I tracked my speed post on www.indiapost.gov.in.
It is showing that Item delivered [To: SADDAM HUSSAIN ] at 08/05/2017 13:06:00.
I have not received Item till now (8th May 2017 6:34 PM).
Please help me to find reason for wrong update.
