Dear sir, My consignment number is EN[protected]IN. It is from Hyderabad. The status has not changed since last six days. On 19/10/2016, it showed that the consignment is despatched to Patna but till 25/10/2016, it has not reached to Patna. Also it was dispatched from Hyderabad on 8/10/2016 to Kolkata and was received there on 18/10/2016 which is reasonably very late. Please solve this issue as soon as possible.
