[Resolved]  India Post — Consignment status not updated yet.

My consignment was intrastate which usually takes 5-6 hours by car but it's not been updated since 8/11/20, showing 'item dispatched' from jammu NSH. My consignment number is EE[protected]IN. I even lodged a complaint with complaint number [protected]. Even called customer care but they provide nothing more than verbal assuarance. Please help me ASAP.

I continuously called india Post customer car and also lodged a complaint.
India Post customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

My package hasn't moved from KOL AP TMO for almost 10 days. I have ordered my goods on 25 November and reached Kolkata post on 27 November. It hasn't moved since then. Please do something about it. I have already paid for my package
