India Post — Delay in delivery & consignment details not updating

Sir, I have couriered through INDIA POST via speed post on 04/11/2020.
But my consignment details was last updated on 06/11/2020 showing status as gaya nsh dispatched. Its been more than estimated time/day of delivery and still it is not delivered.
Sir my tracking id is EF[protected]IN . Sir its very urgent. Please solve my problem.
