India Post — delay in delivery of speed post and unable to track the current updates of shipment

Sir my friend posted my documents via speed post (Ej[protected]in) from dhanbad rms 826001 to ghugus (442505) maharashtra
On 05/10/2017 but still it shows on tracking page despatched from dhanbad to nsh ranchi... And after that there is no update about the courier.
Please help it contains all my original degree certificates.
