India Post — delay in delivery. speed post told to be delivered within 3-4 days but claim not fulfilled

I sent a speed post to adityapur from delhi on 06 nov 2017. It has still not reached the destination. I am really impressed by the"speed" of the post!! The person supposed to receive the parcel is leaving for another city. Please deliver the parcel atleast till 13 november's afternoon (Till 4pm)

The parcel reached ranchi on 7 nov 2017 and was kept there only for 3 days. Do explain why it was kept there for so long

shikhasahu2018's response [protected] is not working .. it always says busy. They are not delivering my product. It is with them since a month in Gurgaon HO. Even at gurgaon HO no one picks the call . I even raised a complain on website with compalint number.[protected]. tried to contact people from their escalation matrix. But there is no response. Please get my parcel delivered. I am also not sure if i will go to Gurgaon HO they will provide me my parcel or not
