India Post — Delay in postal delivery

We are receving letters irregularly. For this we asked the Post man, he was soo rude & replaied that he will delivery the letter as per his wish, we can complaint to any body. the we givened written complaint to related Post Master on 25th May 2015. After that we are not received any replay nor improved in service. From last FOUR MONTH we are not received a single POST, like Electric Bill, Telephone Bill, Gas Bill, Credit Card Bill.. Because of this we are paying HEAVY PENALTY.

I have send a ragisterd dak on 27/07/2016 but till date it is not delever its. Regarding punks national bank. Manda allahabad uttArpardesh posted on post office bihasra bazar Mirzapur 231303 When I asked to updalpal Vijaypur mirzapur then don't reply on my complain so kindly resolve this issue
