I would like to request you to ship my product (Rs[protected]cn) which is stuck in your exchange office since august 16th. Please do the needful. My parcel from topsportsapparel is held in kolkata foreign lcao from 16th aug 2017, the status is "transfer from office of exchange (Inb)". After that there are no updates what so ever. Can anyone / indiapost suggest how to get this resolved? The parcel should have all my contact details, please reach out to me in case nedded but please resolve the issue
