Hello, I am Saurav Rath from Rourkela, and I had placed an online order for a computer part via MD computers about 6 days ago. The product tracking ID is EW[protected]IN. It says on the India Post website that the bag was dispatched to NSH bhubaneswar from NSH Kolkata airport on the 4th of this month. I cannot understand how the status has not been updated since then, as it is the 9th of December as I write this message. I don't believe it takes 5 days for a flight to reach Bhubaneswar from Kolkata...at least update the tracking info so that I can know whether or not the package is even in BBSR right now. Since delivery has already been delayed by such a long time, I have given up all hope of receiving this package on time for my trip to Bangalore. Which is day after tomorrow. At least tell me if the package is still safe, and if it will reach me within the next 1-2 days. Your service is extremely sloppy, and I did not expect this level of negligence from you. I have a very important product in that package, and my train to Bangalore leaves day after tomorrow. On one hand, I have a company to join, and here I have spent a lot of money on this very important product that I expected to arrive 3 days earlier. Please tell me what is going on and why this delay was caused. Every time I call a number, they tell me to call someone else. Sometimes nobody responds. Other times, I get rude replies from the people answering, as if they are doing me a favor just by picking up the bloody phone. I shall lodge a complaint if this issue is not resolved on time, as it has already given me a headache for the last 1 day. Your incompetent customer service and lousy management has cost me a lot of time and patience. Please respond asap.
