India Post — delayed in delivery of registered post

I have sent two registered posts, transcripts from delhi to canada wes and from jaipur g. P. O to canada wes. Its been 2 months now, the status is showing item bagged at dimc. There has been no update on this since then. As the parcels are confidential and important, the delay in delivery is highly disappointing.

Updated by zoyashraf I have sent two registered posts, one is from rohtak to Canada WES. Second is from Jaipur to Canada WES. Both have been showing item bagged at DIMC since 2 months.
