India Post — delayed service and misbehave

That i dillip kumar dash customer of anakhia post office (Pin-754102) approached for issue of kvp on dt.12.09.2017 at 9.30am. But the kvp was handed over to me at 4.00pm. As per statement of the dealing assistant (Mr. Barik) the delay is due to submission of kvp application form through authorized postal agent. As per the dealing assistant if i have submitted the kvp application directly (Not through postal agent) he would have done my work within one hour. When i protested for the delay, the dealing assistant misbehaved me and told me to complain any one. The post master also remain silent on this issue. Earlier i have obtained kvp within one to two hours. Such type of poor service and misconduct is not expected from the postal authorities in the present time.
