India Post — harassment in transferring nss account from lucknow to ghaziabad

Address: Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, 201014

Dear sir,

My father, who is retired from central govt service, got his nss account transferred from lucknow gpo to ghaziabad gpo.
Even after repeated visits to ghaziabad head po, the staff is unable to provide him the computerized account no.
Due to this reason, he is not able to withdraw money from his account and suffering great mental tension.

I have even made 3 complaints on indian post office site, with no success.
