India Post — I did not delivered my order

My tracking I'd is ER[protected]IN Order not delivered to me but they are saying that they delivered the post
The post office name is manupost office gachibowli Hyderabad please take action I want my order back
And such irresponsible post office even calls also they are not attempting
My friend gone to Manu post office today they are saying we don't have that order and they send that order to concern address but I didn't received yet
