India Post — I have send 1 box to Nagaland,kohima.on 4th of October by speed post, and it still didn't receive still.

I have send 1 box, i.e. some clothes to Nagaland, kohima from Bangalore.on 4th of October by speed post, and they still didn't receive it. And we can't even track that parcel. Why it's taking this long to rech there.????
Please solve my problem as soon as possible.
