Tempering with our important Speed Post articles by paying bribe to postman

1. We attach hair with the PDF file showing two snapshots. Front portion showing speed for details and back portion showing the closure of envelope.
2. It is evident that this important letter has reached here in a tempered condition. The top flap is in opened condition and stapled to close it again.
This speed post article has come from Central ministry containing important documents.
No Central ministry will post such important letter in such a poor condition, where the flap was not even found pasted and no post office will accept Speed Post letter in such a condition.
3. We have pointed out such condition of this article to the delivery postman miss Giri, who refused to listen to us.
4. Still after repeated complaints India post failed to stop this practice, criminal practice to allow criminals to temper with our letters against bribe.
5. They say they have changed the delivery postman but what is the use? When a brave of 500 rupees is paid for each letter, which postman will not accept such bribe?
6. We have suggested better and more effective remedy, foo proof remedy but India post authorities did not care and allowed corruption to go on in their post department, at our cost and trauma, punishable under the IPC act and also under the consumer protection act as India Post has shown unpardanable negligence and deficiency persistently for so long.
