Dear Sir,

Please note that I have send a very important personal document to Dubai on 30.08.2016 through India Speed Post from Delhi Gole market of which the Ref No: ED[protected]IN but till now it has not reached the recipient . Please arrange to deliver it to 910 IT PLAZA BUILDING DUABI SILICON OASIS, DUBAI, UAE . urgently other wise please return it to me immediately to the from address mentioned .
