I have been requesting India Post-Tambaram-Chennai 45 to change my mobile number from [protected] to [protected] by post as well as my personal appearance on 03/04/2017.

In spite of my personal appearance o 03/04/2017 for this purpose, I am still getting SMS to my old number only.

Today I talked to the Postmaster and he stupidly behaved, asking me to come again.
