India Post — India Post WES document stuck at Canada Customs

My WES verification documents were sent from Delhi university SO north campus post office (tracking number: ED[protected]IN) on 29th September 2020 and arrived on Toronto, Canada on October 4th. the tracking information shows following information-

Oct. 4 10:27 pm
Item has been presented to Canada Border Services Agency for customs review.

My documents have been stuck in Customs since then. I paid for speed post but WES documents are stuck for almost 20 days.
