India Post — International outgoing RW[protected]IN stuck in Kolkata Customs

I am expecting a second hand item in international envelope from Kolkata to Malaysia. It is still stuck in India (Kolkata Customs) for five days

In addition, the item has been "missing" from International tracking system for some days, which highly worrying.

Item is RW[protected]IN

Please examine the system. Find the item and release it.

Disclosure : There is no customs duty on this educational item and is required for my work as a journalist based In Asia. I will be tracking this and other cases for an upcoming international feature on government IT systems in the region and whether they are correctly being utilised for customer care!
