India Post — international parcel stuck and delays

Dear sir/madam,
I request you to kindly release my parcel numbered rs[protected]ch (Banggood.com) as soon as possible, it's stuck in the customs (Foreign lcao nd retention) since 15th of october,
Till date there r no updated as such, i am very eagarly waiting for the same, u can also check it's been a long time since it got shipped from switzerland, i am loosing my patience, hope u understand, it's a gift i bought for my mother. Plz plz release it.
