Hello Sir/Madam,
We would like to lodge a complaint regarding the non-delivery of our parcel sent through the India post courier services. Following are details about the said parcel.

2. Date of Despatch: 28.07.2022
3. Branch Office where the Parcel was given: SPP ECPH Kolkata-700091
4. Name and address to which the parcel is to be despatched: Pankaj Shakya (Mayank), Dhaniram Patel Bagicha subedar ward Vardhman colony, near At Gour Chakki Gali. Sagar (Madhya Pradesh)Pincode - 470002, Contact number - +91 [protected].
5. Sender Name and Address: Brainium Information Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
Address: EN 60, Shakti Tower Salt Lake Sector 5, Kolkata - 700091, Phone No:[protected]/[protected].
6. Parcel Wight: 3060 gms.
It has been over 46 days despatch of the parcel, however, it has not been despatched yet. The parcel contains Laptop.
We have complained in this matter on 1st September and the complaint number is [protected], still not resolved. and complaint closed then I have raised another complaint please check and let me know the status soon as possible. The new complaint number is [protected].
When we go to the post office to inquire about the status, they do not guide us properly. and they even don't care about customer queries, New Delhi RS TMO contact number, not even email id also wrong and invalid, They just getting salaries from the government without doing anything. I want to solution as soon as possible.
Kindly look into the matter and take the necessary action.
