[Resolved] India Post — Item not tracking after received at Mumbai EMS

My parcel EJ[protected]AU from Australia to Surat which was sent on 28th Sept is with MUMBAI EMS.
The status on India Post International Tracking shows as below:

Its 5th of October and still not delivered in Surat. The helpline of India Post International +[protected] does not work.

Can anyone please help with the tracking of the parcel?

Complaint marked as Resolved

I submitted the complaint to 3 different departments that is when they have sent the parcel to Surat which was again held at local post office for days with the status "on board with driver" . We requested a friend to go in person to find out and that is when the parcel was handed over to him.

India Post customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
