Dear sir
I have booked 2 articles of return shipment of Jabong.com, on dated 06.02.2017, through speed post from Siliguri, Sevok road, post office (734001), W.B, vide tracking Id No- EW[protected]IN & EW[protected] IN, for the shipment address-
Jabong.com, Returns Processing centre,
Plot No-82A, Sector-18, GURGAON (Haryana)-122015.
The details are as under in tabular form for better understanding of shipment v/s Magic of India Post.

This is informed that the said consignments have not been delivered at mentioned address.
Regarding the same I have lodge the complain vide numbers-[protected] for tracking id Number-- EW[protected]IN and [protected] for tracking id Number –EW[protected] IN.

It is strange the both complain has been closed on dated 28.2.17, by India post with following remarks
The Remarks details as under –
1. Complain number-[protected] and tracking id Number-- EW[protected]IN the said item has been delivered on 10 day earlier ( i.e 28.01.2017) at batanagar so po at 17.33 .00 hrs .
2. Complain number-[protected], and tracking id Number EW[protected] IN .The said item has been delivered on 10 day earlier ( i.e 28.01.2017) at Mal HO PO at 10.49.00 hrs of date of booking (06.02.17).
Please Note that the said items was booked for Gurgao-122015.The said items was return shipment of Jabong .com.
Please Note:-As per detail tracking item was reached at Gurgao on 10.2.17, after 10.2.17 the tracking details is mismatched.
The competent authority is requested to compensate of my losses of amount –Rs 3140/- plus harassment compensation of customer (As per rules of India Post).
