With due respect, I beg to state that on 18th October, 2016 I have lost our S.B. Pass Book No. [protected] which was operated jointly by Smt. Sipra De & Barun Kumar De at Chandernagore Sub-Post Office, P.O. Chandernagore, Dist. Hooghly, PIN-712136 alongwith New ATM Card Envelop while collecting at Chandernagore Sub=Post Office, Chandernagore. I had lodged an FIR under. G.D.E. No 1259 dt. 19.10.2016 at Chandernagore Police Station on 19.10.2016in this regard.
I had personally submit the letter alongwith FIR on 19.10.2016 to Sub-Post Master, Chandernagore Post Office, Chandernagore, Dist.Hooghly, PIN-712136 and several request had made for issuance of a Duplicate Savings Pass Book alongwith a fresh ATM Card in our favour. But, till date nothing remedial action has been made nor issuance a duplicate Savings Pass Book as well as fresh ATM Card in our favour.
You are requested, please arrangre to instruct the Sub-Post Master, Chandernagore Post Office, Chandernagore, PIN-712136 immediately
