Dear sir,

I, mr. Samir garg, proprietor, hereby on behalf of our company advanced industrial micro systems state that that our below mentioned post docket numbers are expected to be received through post but have not been delivered.

The post man mr. Laxman has also given a missed delivery slip for docket no. Ex[protected]in, but when my person went to collect from the post office, they were not able to locate the parcel.
