India Post — material send from china thru china ordinary small packet plus but still not received after 85 days

Below complaint was done on 12 july after speaking to representative of wb complaint phone no but there has been no reply from them till now

Dear sir;

Below are the 3 packed which has been dispatched separately thru china ordinary small packet plus on different dates with tracking no given below:

1. [protected] dated 04/05/17
2. [protected] dated 03/05/17
3. [protected] dated 30/04/17

Even after 70 days of shipping i have not received any off the product yet. I am surprised that how can all three packed are go missing. Now when i contacted china post they told me to contact india post office.

I have contacted the local post office, airport sorting office & foreign post office in wb but in vein. No body is able to help on out on this.
