India Post — Misbehavior of staff | |||
Today, i went to my nearest post-office -841442 for exchanging the old currency as per government instruction. But they denied and said that they are not exchanging the currency. I also wanted to withdraw my fixed deposit amount, they replied that they are not doing such type of work. I asked to show me, any notification regarding these thing. They uttered "go to the main office". I have very urgent work and i need money, but i'm feeling helpless because of these thing. Was this information helpful? | |||
