India Post — Missing item

My friend sent me an envelope from uk and it was to have a letter, a drawing and a glow stick of Taylor swift 1989 world tour, I really needed it as it is not available in India and this evening I got the package but the glow stick was missing from it . I am extremely disappointed by this . I need it urgently. I have other valuable items coming in and if this keeps on happening I don't know how I will buy things online if things keep disappearing :(

I have sent a courier to UK dec 10th, i can see that my courier is still on Chennai, Last 2 week my friend in UK was waiting for the mail. I was really upset for this delay.
