India Post — Money taken out from envelope and stapled back

Dear sir/madam, on date 9/8/16 my sister posted rakhi along with rs 500 through speed post properly wrapped in newspaper. When i receiveda and opened the envelope money and newspaper missing. It was opened from back and stappled. I request the consumer forum to look into the matter and do the needful on this issue. Other credibility of indian post and postman will be lost.
