India Post — My consignment still not reached to me

I have posted a very valuable personal belongings by speed post from NARWANA Speed Post office on the 10TH FEB 2017, ON 02:49PM.The receipt no. is EH[protected]IN. In tracking website it is showing that it reached to NSH Gurgaon on 12th feb 2017 . But still now it not reached to me on 13th feb.

I kindly request the concerned department to look into the matter and let me know the status immediately

I booked register post 02/02/2017from vemuru to pune income tax office pin. 411001.

Sir good morning! i am a govt employee and i have a pli account also.whenever we go to pay amount ... they say that service is available up to 12.50pm. The clerck named chandan had rough behaviour up on the customers.Even they do not follow the the timings.I Hope you take further action
