India Post — My parcel stuck at Air LGBI AP TMO

Address: Pynter village Meghalaya State Pynursla PO-793110

I have send my parcel from Lonavala (Maharashtra) to Pynursla(Meghalaya) and it's showing that they have received and dispatched also on 22/12/2020 from Air LGBI AP TMO but till now I have not received and didn't get any update where it's has reach exactly, I requested to the concern person who taking care of this things to kindly look in to it and take an action, why it so late..

I haven't got my parcel..it's showing that they have received and dispatched also on 18/07/2022 from Air LGBI AP TMO but till now I have not received and didn't get any update where it's has reach exactly. Why? 😢
