India Post — National saving certificate

My NSC .Matured on 31/01/2017.Rs.16010*4 certificate.total amount is 64040 but post office is not giving payment just saying they don't have cheque book.this is not first time.they call every day and after waiting in queue for
more than 1 hrs simply ask to come next day.even post Master also speak very rudely.nsc issuing post office is located at Borivali East.please take the matter with consern department.thanks

I camplaint of non delivered my speed post . speed post no. AQ[protected]IN
I check on tracking in show delivered date is 7. 02. 2017 but till I not get this s post . I also. Talk with post man . he say he has no time but it documents very urgent for me today. I hope your slove my problems.

I am resident of Hyderpora srinagar .I want lodge complaint against post master because he(post master never doing his duty as it should be.He is always coming very late to the post office and we the citizen there always suffer.Now its request to look into the matter and change the post master here in Hyderpora 190014
