India Post — No Tracking Servers or Carriers not updated?

Refers to Speed Post No. EI[protected]IN despatched from Bhopal University to Hyderabad on 03 April 2017.

I am not getting any tracking information.

This document in transit is very important for my timely application for Immigration. Delay would cause denial/refusal to process.

I am also constantly in touch with the postman at 500089.

The only info is " We are awaiting tracking info from the carrier " for the last 3 days after despatch. Is India Post not updating anything on their servers?

A parcel was sent in registered post from Bengaluru to Dibrugarh on 11th August with tracking id CK[protected]IN. There is no status update after 12th August. Online complaint number is [protected] and complaint registered on 23rd August but that too shows pending status. I have complained on Indiapost facebook page and twitter handle too but the response is the usual one that they have sent it to the concerned authorities.I called the helpline number 1924 but it is always busy. It is almost 15 days since the last update and the parcel is yet to be delivered. Why is Indiapost so slow in its update and complaint settlement?
