India Post — no tracking update of speed post

My item (Speed post) was booked on 7th march. The last tracking details provided that it was dispatched from ludhiana tmo on 9th march.

No further update has been provided, and the current position is unknown. The whole purpose of tracking details fails, if it is not regularly updated.

The delay in delivery of the item and not updating the details, has caused inconvenience.

Kindly look into this matter.

Its been two days after reaching bangalore, still I haven't received it. Little worried when i will receive it as it contains plants which will get spoiled.
