India Post — no update of consignment and complaint

I sent one parcel through express parcel from champa to silchar on 25th oct 2017.
It has been aroud 15 days, there is no update.
I have filed 2 online complaints and 1 offline complaints.
Online complaints
Id 1 : [protected] : closed saying that they will track through offline complaints.
Id2: [protected] : no update
Offline complaints : [protected] : no useful update from around last 1 week.

I wrote mail to [protected]@indiapost.gov.in, no reply and update yet.

I tried contact to all post masters of champa, bilaspur and raipur - no help.

I tried to reach ministry of state - no help, they asked me to tweet.

This is the last option i have, if i will not get any update, i can say in india our government service will never change. Digital india is just an imagination.
