India Post — Non delivery of consignment

Sir, my consignment, numbered ee[protected] in sent on 16 aug 16 to maneja (51 subh bunglows near st. Basil school, maneja, vadodara, gujarat pin-390013) was returned back. My stated address is right and followed standard procedure to sent the same but it failed. My request is to take a deep search and take necessary action to the defaulter.
