India Post — non delivery of dhl parcel

Hi

The item with tracking id 'rx[protected]de' was sent from us via dhl services. I paid an amount of rs 1500 for ordering the product.

The item has been received by whitefield sub post offcei (560066), bangalore on 15th november 2017 but they have sent this item back to rms assigning the reason that the packet does not contain any name on it.

Now the there is no way i can track this item and i lost my money by ordering this product.

A complaint '[protected]' was registered on 17/11/2017 to india post but they have closed this complaint stating that the item does not have any name on it and hence returned to rms.

Please help to get the item back to me as i have the invoice copy and delivery/tracking information of this product where i can confirm that i am the owener of the packet.
