India Post — Non-delivery of International Parcel

My cousin sent me a package from Delhi to Quito, Ecuador on 30 April 2016. It's been more than four months but the package has still not been delivered. The tracking no. is CH[protected]IN. I lodged a complaint on the complaint page but no-one replies. Kindly help. I request the package be delivered at the earliest or a full refund of the delivery charge plus the cost of my stuff. Thanks

Our item is send by Indian post by register on 27/09/2016 from darwad(Karnataka) to rajastan, rawathbata pin323303. But we tracking the number it shows ricived but we are not receive that is my BA 3rd Mark sheet please enquer tracking I'd EK[protected]IN.
