India Post — non delivery of international parcel

Sir, my parcel bearing registration number re[protected] was sent from portugal to jaamu. It reached jammu on 24th august and the jammu rms by mistake sent it to delhi. Since iam a resident of jammu, the parcel should have been delivered to me in jammu. Kindly look into the matter so that my parcel is returned to me in jammu.
Please take necessary action and send back my parcel to me.
I had filed a complaint in india post for returning of my parcel from portugal to india. Please return it to the address mentioned below.
